Please allow (2-3) Business Days to process shipments bound for addresses within Australia, this is to prepare any required Customs documents before we process the shipment of your order.
Delivery Terms:
We partner with NZPost to deliver all orders placed to New Zealand addresses.
Orders placed to addresses within Australia are shipped using Australia Post or DHL Express. Multiple options are available at checkout, we recommend choosing DHL Express.
Delivery Cost:
Delivery Fees are available to view at checkout once your address has been inputted. Factors such as Rural Addresses, Cart Value & Shipping Option will affect the Delivery Fee. We offer Free NZ Shipping for orders over $250NZD (Excludes Rural). We also offer Free AU Shipping for orders over $300AUD.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been processed. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP by emailing us at sales@statementnz.com
ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM
Once we have processed your order, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to follow the status of your shipment until it arrives.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
'Statement Streetwear Limited' ARE NOT liable for orders delivered to the incorrect address due to the customer inputting the wrong address at checkout.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and accepted by our system. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If there are any issues with your parcel we will do our best to ensure that the postal service provides compensation and help out where we can with recovery of your item and/or refunds.
