Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or faulty.
- We will offer a size exchange based on stock availability or a return for store credit.

- Any return request must be made within 5 business days of receiving your item.
- Please email us at sales@statementnz.com including your order number and reason for return, or visit us in-store at 145 Lambton Quay, Wellington.
- There is no restocking fee when making a return or exchange.
- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Requirements For Return Or Exchange.
- The item must be in brand new / unworn condition.
- Statement hangtag must still be attached to sneakers and/or clothing.
- The sneaker box or clothing bag must also be in brand new condition.
- The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.
- If you're making an exchange in-store you will need your receipt.
To ensure these criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will only be accepted if the item is defective or flawed. Refunds are not available for change of mind, or incorrect size choice. A store credit can be issued if there is no viable exchange item in stock.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
