We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or faulty.

- There is no restocking fee when making a return or exchange.
- If your exchange is accepted, weβll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Requirements For Return Or Exchange.Β
- The item must be in brand new / unworn condition.
- Statement hangtag must still be attached to sneakers and/or clothing.
- The sneaker box or clothing bag mustΒ also be inΒ brand new condition.Β
- The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.Β
- If you're making an exchange in-store you will need your receipt.
To ensure these criteria are met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will only be accepted if the item is defective or flawed and we are unable to supply the same item in the same size. Refunds are not available for change of mind, or incorrect size choice.Β A store credit can be issued if there is no viable exchange item in stock.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and accepted by our system. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy if you would like to return or exchange an item.
In certain circumstances, we may consider an order cancellation request on a case-by-case basis. Where a cancellation is approved, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount to cover processing and handling costs. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
